To initiate a return, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item at support@kaleidokase.com. The product must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please reference our "Refund Policy" for details on the condition of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items Please note, that personalized products are uniquely made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item due to our error, please email us with photos of the item and a detailed explanation. We will guide you through the return process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Shipping All shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds for returned items are subject to our "Refund Policy" criteria regarding item condition and eligibility for returns.

Refund Policy
Timeframe You have 30 days to return your item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us at support@kaleidokase.com within this period to initiate the return process as described in our "Return Policy."
Item Condition To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging, as specified in our "Return Policy."
Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. We will then inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exclusions Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please refer to our "Return Policy" for a comprehensive list of non-returnable items.
